Des baleines, des tortues et des Hommes

The film tells the adventure of the first great transoceanic journey of a young calf born in the waters of Reunion Island, and of a green turtle who grew up on the outskirts of the same island. The calf, accompanied by its mother, is heading towards Antarctica: 6,000 km of navigation where it will go from water of 24° to 0°. The green turtle, for its part, is preparing to return to Europa, its native island, to reproduce. A journey of more than 1,000 km. Before reaching these uninhabited lands, their journey will be punctuated by human encounters: in Reunion, Madagascar, the Comoros where men and women have chosen to put the protection of these species at the heart of their lives.
